Employees are the most valuable asset to Yuan Dah. Besides great compensation system, we are committed to providing employees with various and comprehensive welfare and recreation to help them relax and relieve work-related fatigue. In the meantime, we increase the interaction and friendship among team members through numerous activities to create a harmonious workplace.
01 Domestic & overseas trip
To reward our hard working team members, Yuan Dah holds domestic and overseas trips, one of each, every year. Our employees can enjoy nature, relax both mentally and physically and experience the life in foreign countries.
02 3-holiday & Performance bonus
Except Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-autumn Festival bonuses (half month each) and the year-end bonus (one month), Yuan Dah also rewards our employees with performance bonus, based on job performance, every April and October.
03 Artistic & Cultural activity
We offer the opportunity to appreciate and participate in all artistic and cultural activities such as music, art and humanity to improve employees’ aesthetic and cultural literacy.
04 Pension reserves contribution
Besides the contribution of 6% monthly pay to the worker’s personal retirement pension account every month, as regulated by Labor Standards Act, Yuan Dah also set up a retirement pension account to further secure worker’s life after retirement. When the qualified person applies for the retirement, he/she can receive the pension from Yuan Dah retirement pension account.
05 Health check
It’s our responsibility to keep our employees healthy. Through the screening in health check, sicknesses are treated appropriately. Moreover, as preventative concepts that are better than cures can thus be implemented.
06 Birthday party
Yuan Dah, just like a big family, regards our employees as family members. We hold birthday parties to share delicious foods, take part in fun games and enhance the friendship and rapport among all team members.
